We purchased this a week ago, and I love it. I will update this review if it goes bad. My husband quickly determined how to edit the settings to create the perfect cup of espresso. This product is easy to use. Place the beans in the top left slot on top, press the button, and presto. Within 30 seconds you have a perfect cup. After each cup is made, the grounds (pressed into a cookie, so to speak) are dropped into the left side drawer. Once it is full, an indicator light will go on. Simply pull out the drawer and dump the grounds. No mess, so easy, and so good. Enjoy!
