I have had 2 large Hamilton Beach Brewstations. I love having no carafe. I bought a second one, on sale, to have on hand if/when the first one failed. When I started using the second Brewstation, I went shopping for another, and found the smaller unit. I tried it out,and put away the one I had been using. It does NOT leak; it makes tasty, HOT coffee; it is easy to fill – I use an old Mr Coffee carafe as a measuring cup; it brews speedily; 4 cup filters work fine. I drink strong, hot coffee every morning, and this little Brewstation is great for me.
